Update on 12 Days of Writing.

I was doing really good guys! I had one story that was going really well when I started.

Story Number One: 15 year old Jackson Pacer has to testify in court under pressure from lawyer father to tell the truth so they can put a girl in prison for pushing his uncle off a bridge. But Jackson is nervous as the scene he saw, is much different than his uncle's story. And he thinks he knows why.

Now why are there no other additions? Because! I have been sick as a dog for the past three days. Starting Friday evening with a small cough (which got worse) and ending just yesterday (Monday!). And since most of my time was spent sleeping, coughing up a lung, or watching a wonderful play featuring my good friend who reads this blog. (Second post in a row I am mentioning you in Tori. I need more friends that I can call out here.) But I am back and hopefull will get to writing more stories, but I do have a project that might take up my time that is not apart of this 12 Days of writing. I will update again when things are clearer.

Love y'all!

Twelve Days of Writing!

On the first day of Christmas, which was back in January!

Wow... Way to ruin it.

I am a christmas person, did you expect any less?

You're weird. I don't like you.

Hello! Do you like seeing me post! DON'T ANSWER THAT... O.O

Sorry. Time away has caused me to forget what to do here. And who I am...

Wait. Where am I again? Who are all of you?

Just kidding. I obviously planned this if I am writing it all out for you. You silly goobers.

If anyone still reads this blog, you'll be excited to know that I am still writing and I am still very active. Just not on here. You're probably thinking what I am about to say is a way to get me back on the blog for a few weeks and you're not completely wrong. But it's about so much more. I have been so busy lately several favorite projects of mine have been left in the dust. And the people/person (Looking at you Tori. This is a call out post. Are you happy now?!) have/has (This is your fault Tori! 😆) been missing certain stories of mine. And you know what? I am too. Spooksville was one of my passion projects that I stopped because I was convinced I was doing something wrong. Jackson Pacer hasn't left his interrogation room because I didn't think I could properly portray a fictional police investigation. I always tell you there are things from Phantom Janitor I never put into the book because I just didn't feel it. And did you know that I have so many stories I have stopped in the middle of because I lost motivation or got busy?

Well guess what? I left my job at Burger King so I could cool down (And for more complicated reasons. Trust me, it's a whole thing!) I have had so many ideas and if it wasn't for a helpful wolf, I would've completely forgotten about some of the old ones. And what better way to cool down than to try and rekindle some of these "forgotten stories" than to write some shorts.

The Twelve Stories of Christmas will be me, Vinnie/Scribbles/Stoppullingonthecurtains, writing material for some of these stories. They won't be in any chronological order and some might be with characters and places you have never heard of. Starting on the 12th (Tomorrow because I am up at 12:43 writing this so I don't forget.) I will be trying to write a short story a day starring some of your favorite character and some you wish I'd just let die.It may not be twelve, and that's okay. I just picked that title because CHRISTMAS that's why. Don't question me.

I'm updating my sidebar with some links to new websites to follow me on. (Though probably only one. :/)
It's Wattpad! That will be where I post my stories I write from this. :) And I will start posting these stories in January at some point! So keep an eye out. And while you are waiting, check out my stories on wattpad. There are content warnings on some of them, so make sure to read with caution.

Hoping to share some great content soon.

I left my job at Burger King. Looking onward to new things!

Title is only half of the story here folks. I am leaving my job at Burger King. This job has been one of the longest held jobs I have ever had, and it has been keeping me more than busy for the past eleven months. But it's time for me to go and move forward in other areas. Such as my education. I have been accepted to Florida Gulf Coast University and will be pursuing a degree in English.

I hope to use what I learn to possibly become a teacher and a better writer. The next month or so will be packed with work and prep and as you probably can guess writing. So don't flip out if you see a post one day and then have to wait three months for the next. I am doing what I can to surviiiiiive! Okay byeeee.

The idea of Multiverse Theory is a pretty fun theory, especially in the world of writing. In my writing, I can truly say that I have taken the time to figure out how my projects are intertwined. For me, I like referencing characters in other universes, or in the same universe (just a different project) when writing a project and then sneaking them in as easter eggs. Or I can have a total cameo of said character (Or an alternate version.)

For those of you who don't know what the Multiverse Theory is, it is basically the idea that for every decision we make, there is a universe somewhere where the world is different because at that point, we made a different choice. It kinda lines up with things like the rules of time and the butterfly effect.

I don't know if this theory has any substance, but it makes for good reading (and in the case of The Flash, it's how the CW superhero shows are getting so much material thank you very much Mr. Allen.)

Also, I know this has not bad grammar. Please don't pay attention to that. I am just writing what comes to my mind.

BACK TO WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.

Multiverse!

Or more like Alternate Universities... If you have been reading my blog recently you would have read a thing by the name of Heroes Collide. (Only one story is available here as I am planning to share the other (currently sitting at twelve) stories on Patreon) These stories feature characters old and new, (some of whom have been featured here on my blog.

These characters you do know, are not exactly the same characters you know and love. It is an alternate universe where characters are ripped out of their own universes to a combined Earth where things from every earth are incorporated into the atmosphere.

Cason, for example, in my current manuscript for his story (This is for Benji!) is a very different person than the Cason you meet in Heroes Collide. In his original story, Cason is a troubled teenager who struggles to control his anger and his impulses to react in anger. He is less social and can't really stand to be around certain people/types of people.

Meanwhile, Heroes Collide Cason has already been through all of this and five years on this new earth did him a lot of good (and bad). Cason has gone through a lot of things and these things helped him mature and become a better person, who has a better grip on his emotions and who he is as a person. He is a lot calmer cooler, and more collected and he has superpowers!

This post was confusing to write, it was intentionally going to be about one thing BUT then it turned into me promoing Heroes Collide which I am not even ready to share as I don't have enough stories under my belt.

Here's to bringing in more stories!

Alex and Conner! :D

Alex chuckled from his booth as Conner walked over to take his orders. “I saw
your desperate dance to save that burger before. Did you get those moves from football
practice or ballet class?”

Conner smirked, “Watch it buddy! There are other customers I could be helping.”

Alex grinned, “So you are enjoying the job?”

Conner sighed, “You aren’t the first that’s asked me that question.”

Alex smirked. “I’ll take that as a yes then.”

Conner rolled his eyes took out his pad. “What do you want, Alex?”

Alex took a long look at the menu. “Hmm… I dunno…”

Conner sighed, “You want the Black Bean Burgerito don’t you.”

Alex gave him a toothy grin. “Yeah, how’d you know?”

Conner smiled, “That’s the only vegetarian sandwich you like that we serve.”

Alex smiled, “You know me well, my friend. I’ll take that with fries and a chocolate
milkshake.”

Conner smiled, “You better have money to pay for that.”

Alex stuck his tongue out at him. “Yes. Just because I don’t have a job doesn’t
mean I don’t make money somehow.”

Conner smiled, “Just giving you a hard time.” He turned to walk away to take
care of his order.

Alex laughed loudly. “When do you not give me a hard time?! Seriously, last
week it was the glasses and this week it’s not having a job. Watch next? You gonna
give me a hard time about tattoos?”

The pounding in Jackson’s head got worse as he lay on the hard metal shelf in his small room while trying to get sleep. He had been alone for a while and hadn't been given anything to eat in three days. The Scientist was starving him intentionally. Doctor Harold Manser, animal biologist… and criminal. It had to be a crime to kidnap children and experiment on them… Turn them into… things like this.

Jackson sat up and looked down at his reflection on the metal shelf. It was a little blurry, but he could still see his face. His matted fur. He was a freak. Human merged with an animal… A cheetah of all animals. Jackson had always been more of a dog person. Especially now. He hadn’t showered in weeks, because he had been locked in a white room with only a shelf.

He had a metal armor covering his torso, that no matter how hard he tried, he could not remove it. It was a very elastic metal that apparently could move with his body, but his claws couldn’t seem to work the metal to get it off. Somehow, they had locked it onto him after they had turned him.

He hadn’t seen anyone but the occasional lab-tech (At least he thought that they were lab-techs. He didn’t know for sure…) and of course the “good” doctor himself…

He laid his head back down. He was losing his memory as the days went by. Most of his thoughts were overshadowed by his growling hunger. He could remember only a few things about his former life. He… His name was… Jackson. Jackson Malerdeen. There was a girl. A human girl. Her name was Melody… No. That wasn’t it… Harmony. Her name was Harmony.”

“Hunger…” A voice rang in his head.

He clutched his head and growled starting to say his memories out loud. “My mother is… her name… Catherine.” He sat up and ran to the door as he remembered his friends. His friends were in here somewhere. “KATELYNN! MARCUS!” He started to bang on the door. “KATELYNN! MARCUS!”

He heard an alarm sound above his head and started to laugh. “YES. YES. LALALALALA!!! COME ON. I AM MAKING A FUSS!”

He banged his head on the glass. “LET ME OUT OF HERE!”

He stood backed a glared at the window as the alarm shut off and heard some muffled yells from outside. He could make out the sound of his name from the muffled yells. His ear perked up. “I'M HERE!”

A face filled the window, and Jackson snarled. “You...”

Doctor Manser smiled a sickening friendly smile. “Hello, Mr. Malerdeen. Lovely day isn't it?” He took a sip from an expensive looking teacup.

“What do you want?” Jackson crossed his arms, trying to ignore his grumbling stomach.

The Doctor ignored his question and looked down at his charts. “I have some questions for you. Simple questions, just a checkup.”

Jackson's tail perked up. He had been in this room for a long time, and even though things like this happened only every three or four days. He knew this meant food. He was going to eat today. He was getting food. “Okay.” He tried to make himself not look so angry, so the Doctor would give him his food.

“Answer all of these questions honestly. First. What is your full name?”

“Jackson Phillip Malerdeen.” He stood in front of the window watching the Doctor carefully.

“How old are you?”

“I am sixteen years old.”

The Doctor smiled. “Good. Good. How are you feeling?”

Jackson's stomach growled. “I'm not feeling too good.”

The doctor looked up. “What emotions are you feeling right now?”

Jackson stood there looking back at the doctor. He was angry… But he was afraid of the doctor. He had kidnapped them, but he still had no idea what else the Doctor was capable of. “Um… Lonely? Hungry?”

The Doctor crossed his arms and his smile faded. “I asked for an honest answer.” He banged his fist on the door and gritted his teeth. “Where's that anger I was hearing before?”

Jackson jumped, and his claws bared. “You… What…?”

“I want you to be angry. I want you to envision tearing me to shreds, boy.” He grinned again, but this time it was a more chilling grin. Something about it… made him want to die.

But the desired effect was happening. Jackson was getting angry. The once whispering growl that was inside Jackson, became more audible. “Kill him.” He wanted to comply… Oh so very badly… “Just punch through that glass and dig those claws into his neck.”

He couldn't break though… He knew what happened when he lost control last time… He felt like… Like such an animal. But even more. It was like all his animalistic urges that his conscience usually kept at bay, were replaced with the urges of an actual animal. He had felt like his conscience was being shoved in a locker, completely helpless as he literally BECAME an animal… Driven by bloodlust and rage, he… he… He wanted to rip his claws through that man’s throat.

He looked at the doctor angrily, but he caught a glimpse of himself in the glass. His eyes were clouding over in blood red. He looked back at Doctor Harold Manser and threw himself against the door. “WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?”

“Because I want you to kill. I want you to feed. I want everyone who looks at you to scream in terror as they look at you and prepare to take their final breath. You are the perfect monster. Animal DNA mixed with a scared teenager. A scared, angry teenager with the instincts of a bloodthirsty creature.” The doctor laughed as Jackson suddenly hunched over in pain and started making an unearthly sound.

“Uhp! Time to go. Haven't got much more time to waste here. I have something fun planned.” He turned to leave, but first tapped on the glass of the door. “Anything else you want to say, my young lad?”

Jackson looked up, his eyes completely red, “Y-yes.” He said in a raspy voice. “I am going to kill you… Your arm looks delicious.”

Manser paused for a second and looked down at his arm. “Um… Thank you?” He took out a remote and pressed a button.

Jackson's pupils dilated as he began to feel a little dizzy. He could feel something warm blowing at his leg. He was being gassed. He yowled and threw himself against the door, banging his fist against the door. “LET ME OUT, FLESHLING!”

He kept banging on the door, each time his fist making less and less of an impact. “Let me out… Le…” Jackson growled, his eyes red and his teeth bared and jumped at the door.

He ended up hitting head on the door and knocked himself out. He slumped to the floor, his face smooshed against the door.

The doctor tapped on the glass. “Hello?” He looked through the glass. “You okay?” The was no answer. The doctor shrugged. “Oookay then. Time to go sedate your friends.” He walked off to the next room to repeat the process.

Choices

Hey guys!

This post is a bit dark because it encompasses something that is a very scary reality in life itself. It's the idea of the choice. That doesn't sound all too scary right? Bologna or Roast Beef isn't going to kill me, right?

Well, no. But I am talking about giving your character an impossible choice. Like the bad guy has the character's boyfriend and best friend dangled over a precipice and they can only save one of them. Or it could entail throwing a character into a moral catastrophe like the plot of the movie "The Belko Experiment." where a voice from the speakers forces people to murder each other or all die.

It's humanity at its core... It's survival instinct. You see this in so many places. Joey Graceffa's Escape the Night, Midnight (That episode of Doctor Who where people almost threw someone off a train), or that one M. Night Shyamalan movie I don't know the name of... in the elevator. In each situation there is a group of people trapped somewhere and there are some decisions that need to be made and people are so eager to make the decision that they don't even stop to think about what they are about to do.

The mechanic of the choice can do so much for your story. It doesn't even have to be extreme. Think about the Matrix... Neo had a choice between the red pill or the blue pill. If Neo had picked the other pill, he would have probably ended the movie right then and there. Choices always have reprecussions.

And most of the time when a choice is brought before a main character by an antagonist... it puts them in a moral dilemma. And how the character reacts determines who this person is.

Scenario: You're trapped in a room with five other people. There is a voice on the intercom that tells you if you want to get out alive you need to kill one of the other people in the room.

Now of course, no one is automatically willing to kill anyone. But what if there was a catch. Like, the room is slowly filling with carbon monoxide and if no one kills anyone, they will all die from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Now there is a sudden push to survive. Kill or be killed. Suddenly the characters are sacrificing their clear conscience to live. That is called survival. And anyone if pushed hard enough can do what they need to do. Their mind however, ends up being permanently changed. It's almost insanity.

Choices make characters grow just like they make us as people grow. And how you respond makes you who you will become. If that makes sense.

Book Review! Amy Fontaine's Mist!

(Reposting this from another blog that I run/ran, because I really do like this book and would definitely encourage others to read it! I wrote this review while I was at college.)

This is a book review done for a book by a friend of mine from a writing guild I am a member of. It is called Mist, and it is by a fantastic writer named Amy Fontaine.

Mist is the debut novel of a fantastic person and writer. It features five children of varying ages and starts them off as confused kids with no memories of who they are or how they came to be where they are. The writer does a fantastic job of putting faces to characters whose names we (and the character's themselves) don't even know yet. As the story goes we get more and more peeks as to who these children are and whom they used to be. OH! And these are magical shapeshifters! And they can transform into animals! HECK YEAH!

We have Karen, who is the self-proclaimed leader and protector. There is Samuel, the sweet caring member of this quintet, Tessa is the younger member of the team, who's sweet and mischevious. Jack is the intellectual type but also serves as a bit of a protector as well. And then there is my favorite character, Loki, the shy and slightly darker one. The story follows these five through the whole book as they work on themselves and with each other to defeat a really, really bad dude who is terrorizing the new world they woke up in.

GUYS! I RECOMMEND THE HECK OUT OF THIS BOOK! Amy did a fantastic job, and I really can't wait to read more from her.

Here are the links to Amy's Twitter and her book. Please go give her some love, and get her book!

Been awhile since I have done a book review. Should have another coming soon as I finish another book O.O As in reading.

Patreon?

Patreon has been a thing in my mind for awhile and I actually have one made, but I don't have too much to go on yet as far as what I would post. So I figured I should probably sit down and explain for the benefit of myself and those who may be interested in becoming a patron.

First of all, I have mentioned Heroes Collide. Heroes Collide is the story of what happened when several alternate earths crashed into each other and created a world where all the worlds are still colliding with each other. This world contains heroes, villains, and radiation that gives people superhuman(or not so human) abilities while slowly killing them. Heroes from the past awake from a slumber with no recollection of who they are nor how they got there... The main mission, survive in a world where everything may not be on your side no matter what side you are on.

Heroes Collide would be a patreon series, exclusively until the "season" is done. I would possibly be sharing two or so stories per month, with a possible choose your own adventure twist depending on how this goes. I have eight and a half stories under the belt so far with more in the works. There are characters you have met before and some brand new ones.

Patreon viewers would get access to a few things I have never done before. Character Bios, Detailed notes about certain stories, chances to come watch me plan. Possibly at least. All this stuff is super new so I am not sure. This is all stuff I want to do.

Also in reference to that, I would also post stories and snippets on Patreon at least a month before I would post them here on my regular blog. Along with some other things I may not be too comfortable posting here on my blog.

Like I said, it's a new experience and I am just eager to see if it takes off. Meanwhile I am going to get back to writing so  I can actually afford to do this as far as time and quantity. And maybe I will think of other things!

Shirtless Tekky is Shirtless?! SCANDALOUSSSS

Shane loved his new room. After just a few months of living in Spokesville, his room was already in neat order and had a system of cleanliness. So you can imagine that he wasn’t happy to find a shirt in his sock drawer. He picked it up and gave it a look over. It was a blue tank top with the word “Slay” in cute cursive with little fangs biting into the letter “y” with blood dripping from them.

Shane narrowed his eyes. He knew exactly who the shirt belonged to. He took out his phone and started typing, then looked out the window at the house across the street.

-----

Tekky sat in his room doing some homework, shirtless of course. He grinned when he looked out his window to see Shane glaring across the street from his room window. His phone dinged in his back pocket and he chuckled, taking it out to read his friend’s text.

“Tekky! Why is ur shirt in my sock drawer!!” He read aloud.

He giggled and typed out his own text. “Oops! Did I leave that over there? So sorry. Want me to come get it Shaney?”

He watched Shane check his phone, and soon heard a ding from his phone. His mouth curled into a sneaky smile.

-----

Shane turned back to his drawer and picked up the shirt. It was a very nice shirt. He looked out the window and didn’t see Tekky anywhere. So he slipped off the shirt he was wearing and put Tekky’s shirt on.

He looked at himself in the mirror. “Wow. I look good.” He did a pose in it, but jumped and yelped when the door opened and Tekky skipped in shirtless. “Honey! I’m…” Tekky stopped and let out an angry yell. “YOU’RE WEARING MY SHIRT?!”

Shane yelled too. “AH! YOU’RE SHIRTLESS!”

“You have my shirt! And are wearing it!” Tekky growled a little. “Only I am allowed to look hot in that shirt…” He put his paw out. “Give it.”

Shane blushed. “I’m not taking off my shirt.”
”MY SHIRT!”

Shane sighed. “Fine.” He slipped the shirt off and tossed it at Tekky. “Here. Happy?” Tekky suddenly hugged him, causing him to yelp. “TEKKY! Stop! I am shirtless!”

Tekky winked, “I know. You’re really soft.”

Shane blushed. “Shut up.”

Tekky grinned. “I don’t hear you complaining.

“WILSON!”

Tekky and Shane turned to the door to see Kurt standing there with his arms crossed. “Twilight is in Shane’s room again! And they’re shirtless!”

Tekky growled and let go. “Demon.”
Kurt stuck out his tongue. “Your sparkliness doesn’t fool anyone. You want to bite my brother. That is gonna be my thing.”

Tekky shook his head. “That’s not completely true. If anyone bites him, it’ll be me. And I am his best friend so I don’t need to fool him.”

Shane tried to pull away. “I don’t want to be bitten, please.”

Tekky and Kurt bared their fangs at him. “Stay out of this.”

A normal day in the office... After arresting your daughter?

Ryann Shaw sat in the interrogation room, listening halfheartedly to the police officer in front of her who was gloating about how he had taken down the “elusive Rosemont Bandit”. And to be honest, while she liked the nickname, she never saw herself as elusive. Somehow someone had figured out that she was behind the burglaries, and by the way the man in front of her was talking, she was sure that it was not him.

And she wasn’t even sure she was actually caught. Without any proof, she could just deny it and they’d have no way to keep her. Not without a confession. She smirked as the police officer in front of her slammed his hands down on the table. “Are you even listening to me? We have proof that puts you at least one of the six houses within the last six months. If you confess right now we can cut you a deal.”

Ryann stared at the officer. Was he expecting her to respond or something? Because if he was, he was going to be waiting for a good while.

He crossed his arms and stood up. “I can’t help you out unless you say something. Did you rob those houses?”

Ryann just sat there and smiled a tight smile up at the officer who looked like he was about to flip a table when the door to the interrogation room opened and a large guy in a gray button down and slacks walked into the room.

“Officer Jameson. I told you to stay out of the interrogation room. Just because you escorted the suspect here doesn’t mean you broke the case. So please for the benefit of yourself, the suspect, and mine for goodness sake please stop telling everyone you did.”
“I thought for sure I could get the little crook to talk! I didn’t even bring up the evidence,”

Ryann put her elbow on the table and rested her chin in her hand, smirking at the cop.

The detective got in the cops face. “That little crook is my daughter. No matter what she did, you do not talk about her like that.”

The cop paled and shrunk back… “Y-Your daughter? You mean the mute one?” He turned to look at Ryann who gave him a cute little wave and a sly wink. “You’re just going to let her go?!”

Her father took one look at her and her grin disappeared. She knew that he was the one that had found her out and he wasn’t going to be able to help her. It would not be easy to get out of this one

“Pierce!”  Her father pushed the cop out of the room and closed the door on him.

He just stared at the door for a few minutes while Ryann sat there waiting for him to say something. Anything that would let her know what he was thinking…

He turned around and sat down at the table. “Oh Ryann…”

She signed at him, asking him what was wrong trying to play dumb, just to see if she could actually convince him otherwise.

He sighed. “Ryann… Don’t even try… I know you’ve been sneaking out and robbing folks blind. I technically don’t even need a confession.”

Ryann bit her lip. She signed again, asking her father how he knew.

Her father looked her straight in the eyes. “You left some blood at the last house… Took a few days for the test results to come back, but apparently, the family dog got some blood on its fur.”

Ryann winced as she remembered the dog bite she had received on her left leg as a throbbing pain made sure she remembered. She had bandaged it up, but she really wished she had hit the dog harder.

Pierce sighed as he continued. “Now you could have just gotten off easy for one burglary, but no. You had to leave a calling card. The blood and the giant letter R were enough to pin you for all six.”

Ryann hung her head, trying to at least look a little bit ashamed for her criminal activity.

“But you know what really clinched it for me, well before we got the DNA tests back.”

Ryann looked up again, realizing this was far from over.

Pierce looked down at the table, looking rather ashamed of his daughter. “Those earrings… I know who they really belonged to.”

Ryann’s hands went to her earrings, then she signed frantically to her dad to stop.

“They were your mother’s.” His eyes met hers. “I sold them to Mrs. Crawford a few weeks after the funeral… I always thought it was funny how Mrs. Crawford’s was the first house that was hit and that the only thing missing…” His eyes flicked to the earrings and Ryan covered them up again. “... Then you started to wear them around the house. And I wanted to believe that you had just bought them. I tried to convince myself that it was just a coincidence…”

Ryann started to cry. The earrings were her mother’s. Pierce had no right to sell them to anyone. They were the last thing Ryann had given to her mother, but did Pierce care? No. Apparently, he just had to sell them and not even think twice about letting her keep them. She signed angrily at her father that he didn’t care about her mother.

He slammed his fists on the table. “Don’t you dare try and turn this around on me. I loved your mother more than you will ever realize. I sold all of her stuff because I know she would want us both to live our lives. I had to give things up to move on. So do you.”

Ryann blinked away tears and signed to him that she was going to admit to stealing. The earrings and everything else. She signed to him that she would love to watch him lock her away because he didn’t deserve her mother or her.

Pierce clenched his fists and called over his shoulder. “Put her in the holding cell with the other one. I’ll decide what to do with her later.”

She stared Pierce dead in the eyes as two officers entered the room and helped her up from her chair, cuffing her and leading her out of the room and down the hallway. At the end of the hallway, she was gently pushed into a holding cell.

She brushed herself off and turned to look outside the cell. She could see her dad talking to another officer in a window. When he looked up and saw her watching, he moved out of the way of the window.

She gave him the finger and turned to face the wall. She wasn’t alone in the cell. And she wasn’t surprised at who was with her.

Her ears were met with several exclamations in spanish as she smiled at the young Hispanic male sitting on the bench against the wall with his face in his hands. He was a shorter guy and he had curly black hair. He was wearing his green Tri-Force shirt and blue jeans, so that meant he too was picked up at school. She was honestly curious as to how he had gotten caught. After all, he was just the accomplice.

As the door clicked shut, the boy’s head snapped up. “Ryann! I am so sorry! I saw the policeman take you away, and I turned myself in because I didn’t want to get dragged away like that too.”

Ryann chuckled and rolled her eyes at her friend. Hershell Farse was a huge nerd and was always a little skittish when it came to assisting her. She only needed him as a driver for one thing. And even then, she had to promise him that he wouldn’t show or give him anything she stole.

She signed at him telling him that there was nothing for him to worry about, even though she wasn’t actually sure. She just needed to make sure he was calm.

He glanced around. “We are in jail. There is so much we should be worried about.”

Ryann shrugged and signed that she wasn’t sure what was going to happen to them. He was right… nothing was alright at all…

Avengers Endgame Review (Spoilers are inevitable if you haven't seen the film)

Avengers Endgame was the culmination of years of so much hard work and writing and time on behalf of everyone involved in the project. It was a three hour movie so it had a lot of room to add details, leave easter eggs, tease future projects, and slip in a lot of jokes. It may have been a box office success but was it really amazing? Like was it a breathtaking finale to a ten year storyline.

Well... Yes? And No? This movie had positives and negatives throughout the entire thing. Like for example, the life after the snap and decapitation of Thanos scenes really resonated. I was hoping for those kinds of scenes. Just seeing how every character reacted after losing so much. The trips through time were wonderful and I loved the homage to the past movies. Especially seeing Freya and The Ancient One in their respective scenes. I loved the Ancient One's whole part of explaining how time works and then getting really pale when she finds out Strange gave up the time stone to save Tony Stark. But the scenes with Howard Stark and Peggy Carter really made my heart melt. The emotional factors of this movie really made it for me. Especially in that final scene of the movie.

Several characters made this movie very enjoyable for me, especially in the comedic department. Morgan Stark was an adorable and funny character just like Tony and I really hope that we see more of her as maybe a young hero???? Young Avengers. Please Happen. You set it up over the entire three hours with Morgan, the other kids introduced and of course Harley Keener who was seen in the funeral scene. We saw you Harley. Setting up to be Iron Lad? Let's do this! Bring on Hulking and Wiccan! And Antman! The comedic relief from Paul Rudd's character really helped make this movie a combo of tears and giggles for me. I loved his role in this more than I did the actual Antman movies! And Rocket actually had a bit of an opportunity to shine on his own with a bunch of stuff. Plus that snark definitely hasn't gone anywhere.

Thing is, all of these actors have great chemistry with one another and I think that definitely plays a big part in how well the movie flowed. Plus add that to OMG moments like Thor stealing his hammer from himself, Loki stealing the Tessaract, STEVE LIFTING MJOLNIR, and Gamora re-entering the MCU. This movie was chock full of wonderful things.

Of course, you could tell a BUT was coming. Out of all the things this movie did well... It just kinda fell flat in others. First of all, where the heck was the Coulson cameo? You have cameos from all these loveable characters and you just FORGOT Phil?

Out of the six Avengers, only Tony, Steve, and Natasha were fun to watch. I don't really know the others didn't really do it for me. AND DO NOT get me started on my opinion on that one dreadful scene. Honestly out of the several women that survived the snap! You get one captured and tortured by an alternate version of herself, and the other fighting one of her best friends so she can die?! There was a better solution. Hawkeye should have gone. All he wanted was to get his family back! He jumps, Nat is fine to go back with the stone and so many fans would not be upset. (Not that I hate Hawkeye. I just think Ronin was a jerk in this. He had motivation, but I didn't really get anger and hatred... I didn't buy it) And then of course, characters who should have dominated this movie and KILLED THANOS (FRICKIN CAROL DANVERS) got either (again) kidnapped by their past self or only got three-five minutes of screentime. Plus, I would have loved to see more Okoye! I get she was in Wakanda, but Angela Bassett confirmed in an interview the queen was still alive. Couldn't she take care of Wakanda so like Okoye could... I don't know help save the universe? (though now that I think about it she also said Shuri was alive too and...) That was another thing I hated. They killed Vision, but instead of getting him fixed to help, he probably sat in Wakanda as a lifeless husk of metal.

There was that powerful scene with all these awesome Marvel ladies... that lasted about as long as Captain Marvel's screentime. Like... Why limit something that awesome? I needed more of that. In fact like give us a movie that's just three hours of all of them hangin out and kicking butt! Just all of them. Like resurrect Nat and do it.

As far as everything else though, I was a fan! Great story, great characters, and I laughed and cried at the same time at some points. OH NO. NO NO NO. Wait a minute. There was a thing I didn't like. Now just to let y'all know. That scene with Tony snapping was perfection. But I was kinda hoping to see Nebula wearing the glove. While the Tony snapping ended his arc with a perfect ribbon on a casket... Nebula putting the nail in her father's coffin would have been the sweet justice she was looking for. For Gamora, for the torture, for being second favorite. It would have been the perfect twist of the knife. Of course, I am saying this as a nerd. But as a fan I loved the ending.

I am giving this movie an 8.5 stars out of 10 because I can't rate it lower due to some of the awesome stuff that went down. But I can't go higher because of what happened to Natasha.

Analysis of Escape the Night Trailer + My predictions and maybe some theories.

The All-Star Season of Escape the Night will really be just that. Appearances from people and things from the previous seasons. But I should probably link the trailer so you can follow along with me as I do this thang! Click here to see the trailer!

First Place the trailer goes is old deaths. Some of people not even in this season. Then we get to the juicy stuff. Joey expressing remorse and regret for killing his friends. Which to be honest, it's surprising he still has them. Well not really since we see him setting up a rescue and only Bretman Rock seemed to show up... Oh wait. Who's that on the side! OH SNAP MATPAT and NIKITA! YES PLEASE. Kinda glad it was them and not Tyler and Andrea, partially because the best of Season 2 are in this season already. (Btw I know I seem negative about these guys, but I do love these two. Just not their run on the show.) Mhmmmm. I mean it. (Also just want to point out some of those things on the table. The crown is the Season 2 thing that they had to complete so they could leave, and resurrect Joey. And the blue glowy thing is from last Season after Joey kinda ripped it out of the dead Carnival Master's chest... That's what he did right?)

BECAUSE GUESS WHO THE HECK SHOWS UP NEXT. LIZAFRICKINKOSHY! Our favorite explorer seems to be back as the explorer. But not as part of the game itself. She seems to be on her own little side mission to help out. I am super intrigued by this. If she is on a sidequest in this, who else could be walking around? Safiya? Matt (Not Matpat Mat)? JC? Shane Dawson? Apparently so! Liza name drops our Renegade in the trailer and while we don't see him, this only the season trailer so it's not gonna spill too much.

The Sorceror is back, possibly the greatest main villain in my honest opinion. She was also probably the most powerful. (No one came back to life during her reign of terror.) But this trailer isn't sure what she is apparently as she is buddy buddy with everyone in one scene and then like ticked off in the next! And if she can come back does this mean Arthur might come back? Because that'd be bad news. O-O

Society Against Evil has two new sheik looking members in Mat and Nikita! So that is cool! Hopefully the show doesn't immediately murder them. Also, ARE OLI AND EVA GOING TO SHOW UP. I just want another scene where Oli, Eva, Tyler, and Andrea all reject Joey's invitations with funny one-liners.

Mortimer is back too! Hoping this means Calliope and Allison come back! I'd add Jet-Pack Girl, but she is still alive so unlikely. Hopefully he doesn't screw himself over by messing with an artifact. AGAIN.

Guys. I am so confused by this trailer. I was right about Destorm and Alex being buddy buddy. No one trusts Joey, even Bretman. And these scenes are so scattered. But I have an epiphany. And a top guess of who will survive.

Colleen is at the top. She was one of the most featured faces in the trailer. I thought she would be a savage this season by going after Joey again and I think she will do that, but I also think he won't be able to turn the others against her again. And if people are mad at Joey, they won't be as mad at Colleen which means she could make it farther. There is also a scene in the trailer where it is only her, Joey, Tim, and Justine which in my honest opinion would be an awesome final four stacked heavily against Joey. It could be a sham and they just split off from the rest of the group to help with a thing. Still good theory.

Unfortunately, I also think Team Cinnamon Ro, I am keeping that name btw..., will be very upset. I don't think Ro will make it. But as of right now the trailer doesn't smile upon Tana, Destorm, Justine or poor Ro.

Of course. We still have the trailer at the end of episode one that could lend to some theories. Anything could happen. Hoping to catch the first episode the day it premieres, July 11th! On Joey's youtube channel!

More Cross-Storyverse Character Friendships I adore!

The world can sometimes be a dark and gloomy place whether in real life or fiction. And just like us humans, book characters need people they can rely on and trust... Even if that character is from a completely different project.universe/time zone/time period.

And a lot of you seemed to love hearing about some of my character's friendships with other characters. :) I guess it is just really nice to read about happy things like friendship. So in honor of friendship and all that fun stuff, here are five more cross-storyverse character friendships.

Here's the first part for reference. It's also a really cute read.

This second part here is a little different from pairs used in the first part. The first pairs are based on pairs are from solely character exercises. These pairs come from projects I have written already that span different universes. And of course, it has been so darn long since I wrote the first part.

Cason Hendricks and Natalie Kent!

These two are my dream team. I have wanted to write a friendship between these two ever since I teamed them up in a character exercise. They are a wonderful team of fun and kickbuttery. Cason is from a WIP called This is For Benji and Natalie is from the Heroes Collide series (which surprisingly also has Cason!). Cason and Natalie are both powerful characters in their own right, and while only one has superpowers they both have a tendency to break things or people.

They both love doing things like playing video games, taking road trips, going on hikes, and fun things like that. Even though they are from separate universes they somehow manage to keep some sort of contact. Both of them have each other as one of their favorite contacts on their phone just because they call each other every other week. They don't hangout too often but when they do they tend to make a weekend out of it and go do something extremely crazy. Like one time where Natalie brought Cason to a crowded mall and he helped her stop a robbery.

Natalie hasn't met Mikayla, his girlfriend, officially yet due to their only interactions being endurance competitions but they seem to get along well enough.

Razor Channing and Jackson Malerdeen!

These two boys have gone through a lot to get to the point they were at when this friendship began. Jackson is from a story called Forbidden Project, and Razor is from/ Phantom Janitor (BUY NOW!) and both of these either are or will be characters in Heroes Collide. Jackson had just recently going through a breakup, and Razor was questioning some specific life choices when they met because Vinnie pushed Jackson through to another dimension for a few days. He and Razor meet at a grocery store where Razor is buying angry cider and frozen pizzas. A confused Jackson bumps into him while looking for a way back and they kind of awkwardly hit it off. Jackson spends the days Vinnie marooned him there hanging out with Razor, Buck, and Manny. After he goes back, he keeps contact and actually brings Razor to spend some time in his world.

They both like watching tv shows on Netflix, eating pizza, boy bands, and cinnamon rolls. From time to time Jackson cooks home cooked meals for Razor, Buck, and Manny. Razor has helped Jackson improve his combat skills as far as showing his some moves that help incapacitate foes.

Shane Sheppard and Cason Hendricks!

You guys know these two, sort of! Shane is our loveable short protagonist from Spooksville y'all. HE and Cason have know each other since they were pups. They used to live next door before Cason packed and moved to Alaska. Cason knows Shane better than anyone else does including some secrets about him that a lot of others don't know. They webcam chat every few days to make sure the other is good. And sometimes they play Dungeons and Dragons online

Shane and Cason are both in Heroes Collide. And you will see a bit more of this soon! :D

Cassidy Wells-Hilman and Lacey Lance

Cassidy is from my published novel, Phantom Janitor. And Lacey Lance is just a normal character I like to use. She has a project but it doesn't have a name yet. Case in point, she was Cassidy's unnamed roommate who is excellent at video games and taught her some useful things.

Since they both lived in the same place together they both spent a good amount of time together. They played video games, tried out competitive cooking, they'd go people watching at a local park. They are both a little different, for instance, Cassidy was only sixteen when she was paired to live with Lacey who was seventeen and studying set design. They actually made a board game together about movie trivia.

And this is all for nowww!

Most of these pairings are from Heroes Collide! Which I should have more information about soon! Till then... BYE

Poor Unfortunate Soul?

"Magic comes at a price... No matter what you use it for, all magic will have its repercussions. Everyone must pay."

The young raven wiped a tear from her cheek as she stared deep into the purple smoke of the cloudy hand mirror. "A-And then I can be powerful?" She choked back a sob. "And no one will ever hurt me again?"

The mirror's glow almost eased the girl's nerves as she clutched the mirror's handle in her small claws. "Of course, little one." The smoke in the mirror parted and revealed a face. "What is your name?"

The girl was startled by the face. It was really just two eyes, a nose, and a mouth floating beyond the surface of the glass, among the clouds of smoke. "Alani, Daughter of the house of Reynolds."

"Hello Alani. Are you sure that you are ready for the consequences of using dark magic?"

Alani nods and purple smoke poured out of the face of the mirror and slowly enveloped the young vulnerable bird.

Fractured Fairytales!

The fairy tales we think we know... And by this I mean the ones in the Disney movies and the Disney wannabe movies. Most of them are fractured fairy tales. A fractured fairytale is basically the result of taking an old "fairy tale" and adding to/taking away from/putting an original spin on a classic story. And honestly, the definition can also be twisted to include things like mythology or cultural stories.

Just think about how popular some of these are. Disney has been doing this for years! Frozen was a fan favorite and I still hear people singing Let It Go at the top of their lungs from time to time. Once Upon A Time took it a step farther and gave these and put some real twists on the characters that we thought we knew. I mean who would have guessed that Rumplefrickinstiltskin was as involved as the show portrayed him. And even the Brothers Grimm works were taken and twisted into the tapestry of the wonderful show called Grimm! Some people have no idea that their favorite Disney princess or story might be a pale comparison to the original tale. For instance, in Cinderella you might have heard that the original story involved the evil stepsisters having their eyes pecked out by birds, or in Snow White the evil queen feasts on an animal's organs thinking they were Snow's. Not to mention some of these old stories were super rapey and not good... Yeah think about where Disney would be today if that were to show things like that in their movies. I mean Once Upon A Time may have gone and dabbled a bit in the darkness with the stealing hearts thing but these stories were DARK.

But what I am saying is people love it when original lore on old stories and literature is revamped and given a spin. Just look at some popular young adult book series. The Rick Riordan series surrounding the adventures of halfbloods from Camp Halfblood are based on Greek/Roman Mythos! (Not exactly fairy tales but hey...) The Lunar Chronicles series is a dystopian take on Cinderella, Red Riding Hood, Snow White, and Rapunzel! People love learning about Mythos through media. I mean just look at how well Supernatural is doing! 15 Seasons of battling demons, demigods from different mythologies. Paris FRICKIN Hilton got to play a Eastern European forest god called a Leshi

It's so fascinating to see people's takes on fairy tales. My book Phantom Janitor is a take on the story of Cinderella. If she was a dude... And dressed up as popular theater icon. But think about it, ALSO SPOILERS AHEAD Boy who kinda lost both parents. Was living with a step-parent who hated his guts and wouldn't let him go to a dance to see a girl he loves. A girl who may not be a princess but definitely is someone who has status. I know the grammar is bad, but hey deal with it.

But things like the movies and series' above have really inspired me. I'd love to make my own fractured fairy tales. I have been working on a few ideas for quite some time. I might even let you have a peek at one soon if I find the time to write more than just an introductory scene.

Yes! I wrote this entire post to lead into the fact that I am writing something else. Yes. But I am really excited for these because I am hoping to turn these stories inside and out till I make something wonderful.

And I have all these questions going through my head. Like "What would happen if Robin Hood was a lady?" or "What if dragons were not as common in this fairy tale land?" or even "What if evil was powerless without help from a wicked or vulnerable soul?"

These are just a few of the things I want to go into. What do you think? Did I explain it well enough? Do you still not understand? If you want to confirm any of the things I have said, just google it. Especially the things about the original fairy tales. I was shocked to learn some of these. Like just type into the google search bar "the real story of" then take your pick of a popular Disney princess. Except for Vanellope from Wreck it Ralph. That one is truly original. OH MY GOODNESS and don't get me started on their spin on actual real life people. You will hate John Smith. The only story I think the source story was actually better was Mulan. Yes. Mulan was real. You should look it up.

Okay BYE.

What's on my mind as of Thursday the 13th!

The Schedule Posts Button is SOOOOO FUN! I am writing this on a Thursday evening because I just wanted to make sure I had a fun post for next week! And a fun post may be what you get! Or you know, you may be a buzzkill and are just like... "Wait... How did I get here?" to which I would reply "Too many cat videos on youtube led you to the unorganized blog of a wannabe cat." Nawwww we all know I'd be more like "Dude, I don't even know why I am here. I am just as lost as you." And the funny thing is no one would be surprised.

Honestly, you should know by now that I am not exactly the brightest bulb when it comes to remembering what the heck I am doing. For example, while I was writing this post I stood up to go get some water and ended up standing to look at a candle I bought from Yankee Candle the other day. I don't even remember what this post was supposed to be about. But like if you ask me things about one of my characters, I'll be like "Oh so basically Derrick almost got arrested when he was thirteen because he tried to burn down Ernesto's house because the man had forgotten to let him out of the attic (and because he hit him.)"

Yeah. You could say I have a one track... Like a Hot wheels track. Man I used to have a bunch of those as a kid then my mom stole all my hot wheels cars. I am trying to collect them again... Anyway what was I talking about?

You know what would be fun? Back when I was promoting Phantom Janitor after it came out, one of my favorite parts of these launch parties/signings was that people got to ask me questions about things having to do with my writing or my future projects. I'd love to do something like that again but I don't know how I would do it. Maybe in a week or so when I have some free time I might ask for some questions. Maybe I could stream it live on twitter or something. Never done that before. Could be fun!

I just wrote the name for this post and I am giggling because it's Thursday the 13th! HAHA! Not today Jason! Keep that filthy cracked mask away from me and stay on your own gosh darn day!

Oh! So I saw Aladdin this Sunday (or Last because I am posting it next week). It was really good! Did anyone else see it? I am going to put that one song Jasmine sung on my playlist. Such a great film. It made me want to go watch the original again. Should I review the live action one? Let me know somehow. I can add that to the three other posts I want to write out.

By the way, if anyone is confused about what this is, it is really just me in front of my computer typing out what is inside my head. I had a feeling someone might be reading this like "What a mess!" I know it's kind of a mess. But it is helping me out a bit.

Does anyone want me to post recipes on here? I have been wanting to for the longest time. I really want to try and make that sandwich I mentioned in Korey's interview. I haven't had banana peppers on a sandwich before. I don't even know if I like them. But I am craving it for some reason. It sounds delicious! You know what? Someone should try and make that and let me know how it tastes? Am I on to something with this?

I should end this here otherwise I'd go on till tomorrow! That would be very bad for my sleep. BYE!

Nerdy Obsessions of 2019?

*cracks knuckles* Alright. Lets tackle some of these. Also fair warning most of these should be viewed with discretion if you are under the age of thirteen as some of these could contain profanity and stuff. OKAY COOL LETS GO

As you all know this year was a big year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the end of Phase Three with Avengers Endgame (though I think it technically ends with Spiderman Far From Home). An epic conclusion that tied up everything the previous films were leading up to, and offering us a look into some future installments like the next Guardians film and as I said before the upcoming Spiderman film. There were other things in it too, but I will get into those in a future post. The thing is, this movie really was a good send off. Overall it paid homage to a cinematic universe that has been running for the last ten years. If you haven't seen it I'd recommend it. As I said I will be doing a fuller review on another post.

And speaking of Endgame, there was another highly anticipated superhero who also came in with a stellar film. Captain Marvel, AKA Carol Danvers, made her official MCU debut in March. (I went to see it for my birthday AND went to Cheesecake factory!) I have so many good things to say about this movie. I loved the chemistry between her and Nick Fury, I positively adored the story and how powerful Carol really is. I know there is definitely a bit of social commentary in the film, but I feel like it enhanced my enjoyment of this film. I went into it expecting one thing and was completely blown away. I will also probably be reviewing this movie. Another thing I will say about this movie is that I loved the core cast, especially in the second half of the film. Everyone just seemed to mesh together so well.

As of lately I have been drawn into the complicated universe of Once Upon A Time, a show about a young woman who is drawn to a quiet main town by a young boy who says the town is full of cursed fairy tale characters (more like Disney characters!). Oh and the boy is her son she gave up for adoption several years before. I think my favorite part about this show is the cast of characters. From Ginnifer Godwin to Lana Parilla (My favorite Evil Queen!) each cast member brings wonderful life to their characters and has really revived my love for Fractured Fairytales! The show recently ended with an apparently underwhelming Season 7, but don't let bad reviews discourage you from checking it out.

Another long running series I have been drawn into is Pretty Little Liars, a tv show following four girls in a town drowning in secrets. Secrets that a dark figure wishes to bring to light. It's a thrilling game so far as I have seen. If you are a fan of soap operas this show literally has so much tea to spill. With an amazing core cast of Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Torian Bellsario, and Shay Mitchell this show immediately has a suspenseful air showing us that each girl has things they are hiding and that a certain person from their lives is purposely plotting to bring them all down. This show is definitely not for people younger than thirteen and I would highly advise not watching it if you are not into scandal or soap operas or intense drama. This show aired for seven seasons and has been given a spinoff in the form of Perfectionists starring series regulars Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish which is on Freeform if you are curious about it.

Finally! The Arrowverse is apparently wrapping up two major shows on the CW and not reviving Arrow or Flash for another season after the upcoming Eighth and Sixth seasons. While it will be sad to see them leave, the last we see them has opened up the window for a HUGE crossover event. I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it, but this crossover is slated to include Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Batwoman with rumors that Black Lightning may possibly be getting in on the action too. With a crossover this big covering a comic event that had a huge impact on the DC Universe as a whole, you can bet we are going to be seeing some huge things happen to our heroes (and possibly our villains). I don't know too much about this crossover yet, only that it will not be easy for die-hard fans of these shows and characters to watch.

I am excitedly anticipating the return of Peter Parker, MJ, and Ned to the big screen in Spiderman Homecoming later this month! I am still super curious about the intentions of Jake Gyllenhal's Mysterio, but that'll probably talk for another time.

Thanks for joining me for another Nerdy Obsession post. My last one was so long ago and kinda dull and underwhelming so this felt really nice. Anyway! Toodles!

Escape The NIIIIIIIIGGGGGGHHHT.... ALLSTARS! SpOiLeRs for the past three seasons

This summer series is on Season 4 is one of my favorite parts of summer. And summer means barbeques are happening (even though I don't get invited to very many barbeques...) Where are my friends? O.O Do I have any?

Where dey at though?!

IT'S BACK THOUGH! Our favorite youtube series that promise youtube star studded casts every year... THEN MERCILESSLY KILLS MOST OF THEM OFFFFFF!

But guess what?! If you don't follow Joey Graceffa or Escape The Night on twitter (CLICK ON THEIR NAMES TO GO TO THEIR TWITTERS WHOOOOOOOSH), Joey and the ETN twitter released teasers and an All Star cast! And guess what! They got new costumes! Take a moment to just look at these beautiful people!

Look at that! A stellar cast... Most of these people are going to die O.O

Let me break this cast down for you!

TIMOTHY DELAGHETTO
By some weird chance (because I suck at putting pictures on a page) Tim is first on this one. Tim was one of the best characters on the first season. He made it to the final five, only to die in Russian Roulette Battleship... But now that he is back... I think he might actually have a chance to win. Challenges are more based on skills now where as Battleship had a bigger chance of... chance.
If Tim allies himself with the right people, he could outlast the other heavy hitters.

Does he have a chance to win? I think so! Will he win? It is hard to say. He didn't really rub anyone the wrong way in Season 1 (Except for Sierra but in my mind she is on a Teala Dunn level of gameplay so...) So unless he causes someone to die or you know is a complete... You get it.

GABBIE HANNA
Poor Gabbie was the heart Season 2 decided to rip out of it's chest (quite literally). I have been a Gabbie stan since DAY ONE and she deserved a much better ending. She was a bold character who's only concern was keeping the others safe. But this Gabbie Hanna looks super fierce. In fact I think we might be seeing a ruthless Gabbie Hanna this season. Especially because another cast member will be among the cast. I think she might be the Nikita of this season and do everything she can to survive.

Does she have a chance to win? I want to say yes. Will she win? Probably not by playing that way. Nikita may have been a wonderful character, but she was probably in the most danger during her season. Being a driving force rubs people the wrong way. Now if I am wrong and Gabbie is her same old self she should be safe.

TANA MONGEAU
You know, this all star season seems to have a bunch of characters with similar fates. They were fricking stabbed in the back. Tana was the cinnamon roll of Season 2. I loved her character. She was kind, and fiercely protective of her friends. She sent Tyler into a death challenge because he jokingly threatened the others. I honestly really would love to see this same Tana in Season 4. I think if she hadn't been betrayed by FRICKIN ANDREA, she could have made it to the end. (Plus Alex might have survived that one challenge by choosing her as his partner over Joey)

Does she have a chance to win? Everyone has a chance to win. I mean look at Tyler Oakley. Will she? Again. There is a good chance she could win. I would be okay with her winning, especially after what she had done to her.

DESTORM POWER
If there was a secondary antagonist to Season 2, it probably would have been Destorm Power. After cheating death TWICE, he still managed to be a source of drama this season. And while it kinda hindered the team, it gave us a satisfying ending and a bit of justice for Lauren. But now he's  back and it seems he could have a more heroic role as the enforcer. I'd love to see what Destorm can do when he isn't trying to upset Alex. I hope honestly the two of them tag team this season and work together to keep each other safe.

Could he win this season? If he has allies and doesn't antagonize Alex or the others, he could last through the season. Will he? Destorm will do what he does. I am not sure what will go down. He's one of the ones I am not sure about. I hope he comes through with a win. Even if he isn't my first choice.

BRETMAN ROCK
Speaking of not knowing how a person will do. Joey's first twist this summer. Bretman Rock. I had to look him up because I wasn't sure who this handsome human was. HE'S NIKITA'S BFF! If he is anything like his BFFL, he could be in some real danger this season. One, he's a newbie. Two, Nikita was the queen of slamming people. "Oh! Roi's dead! Sorry Hunty! Gotta get tf out of here!" "OMG MANNY BEAT MAT!" "Oh no Safiya's dead? Oh well, guess that serves her right voting me in to get skewered." I am curious to see how this turns out.

I can't tell ya what I think here. He's a makeup boi, but so was Manny and Manny also kicked this games butt! (you know until faced against the Queen Nikita) Time will tell!

JOEY GRACEFFA
Joey. We get it. This show needs you around, hun. But you are SKETCHY AF every single season! We already know you are making it till the end! NEXT.

ROSANNA PANSINO
When Rosanna was revealed as the first All-Star I knew without a shadow of doubt exactly who my first pick to take this season was. She is literally #TeamCinnamonRoll. We saw a different Rosanna last season from the nerdy girl baking recipes with friends in her kitchen. But she met a tragic death that made us all cry. BUT SHE IS BACK WITCHES! (Her words not mine!) And from what I heard, if you thought last season's Ro was fierce, you ain't seen nothing yet. At least I hope.

Can she win? YES! I need this. Please pull through this!

JUSTINE EZARIK
Season One took a few of our youtubers out of their element. Some of them were not as prepared as others and when Justine was put under fire... She cracked. She was betrayed by her friends while others cried for them to stop. When I saw her face, I was relieved. She deserved to go a little farther than that.

I don't think she will get too far, but I am definitely hoping she makes it far enough to really solidify her place in All-stars for doing something other than getting buried alive. But as I said with Tana, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN and if she is teamed up with her bestie Ro, she could pull off a with #TeamCinnamonRoll!

ALEX WASSABI
If Destorm was a villain, Alex was Season 2's hero along with Gabbie. He was a tragic hero. Lauren was killed in a challenge against Destorm and Destorm shaded him. He went after him and took him out. He was a lot of people's number one pick for that season. But he had to go pick Joey to be his partner. Dude. I just hope he doesn't waste this second chance going after Destorm over some bad blood...

If he teams up with Destorm, they could take out the competition and make it till the end together. But if he chases after his feud with Destorm? I have a feeling if it comes down to the two of them again, Alex will lose.

COLLEEN BALLINGER
Out of everyone here, Colleen is the one I am most excited for. She was the fountain of tea last season and I hope she is again. She was the one who called out Joey for being shady since they had arrived and to be honest, she wasn't wrong. Joey had kept things from them and instead of owning it... He turned everyone against her and got her killed. But of course, this will probably make the tea even hotter. And with help from others she could really heat things up.

Though this might give her a smaller chance at winning. But again! Nikita was a constant source of drama and she made it to the end by all and ever means so... Hopefully we get to enjoy some nice Colleen brewed tea and watch this season boil!

These are just theories and opinions guys. Don't hate me for them! Escape the Night Season Four comes out July 11th on Youtube Originals! I will try and make another post when the trailer comes out and I'll do an analysis of that and possibly a winner prediction! Want to have some good ETN theories or related posts? Check out some of the twitter users who make theories on this show! They are more qualified to make theories as they have been doing it since close to the beginning. Leah Monroe PositiveRemark and Cakebear are just a few of the wonderful theorists out there. These guys helped fuel my obsession with this show since season 2.

Anyway enjoy y'alls sunday and have a great BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

31 Days of Horror Results. (I Drop Several F-Bombs. For Emphasis! I'm Not Sorry! Okay, maybe a little sorry...)

It's not thirty-one days. I do know how to count. I just was not in a great place mentally to follow a schedule for something that was ...
